“Communicate. Cooperate. Inspire ” will be the motto of this year’s Daimler EDM CAE Forum on 19 and 20 July 2017.
The EDM CAE Forum is the central information and interaction platform for the EDM and CAE community of Daimler AG and its partners. The purpose of the Daimler in-house trade fair is to communicate the Daimler IT strategy in the digital product development process to internal and external partners and to the respective IT suppliers.
ACONEXT will be represented on both days in two booths dedicated to the following topics:
• Systems engineering – supplier integration using the example of a digital drive train.
• Systems engineering – continuous product design process.
We cordially invite you to visit us in booths C6.3 and C6.4.
On July 20, we also invite you to our lecture “Supplier integration using a 3-D master method for the entire process chain” at 3:00 p.m. in room C5.2 + 3.
As a highlight, we will announce our partnership with Daimler Protics GmbH during the EDM CAE Forum. Together with Daimler Protics, we will, for the first time, be presenting a cross-booth and cross-company interaction on the subject of “PDM – Process, Data, Humans” with focus on training as well as Virtual Engineering / Augmented Reality.
In a further partnership with T-Systems, a cross-booth and cross-company interaction on the subject of Predicted Engineering with IoT / Big Data of test data will be presented.
