For the fourth year in a row, the ACONEXT Group was placed in the “Top Employer – Engineers” category by the internationally renowned Top Employers Institute. Alessandra Religioso, HR Manager at ACONEXT Stuttgart GmbH, accepted the award as part of the celebrations in Dusseldorf.

Gerhard Schummer, Managing Director of the ACONEX Group had this to say: “We’re happy and proud to accept this award for the fourth time in a row. We would like to thank our colleagues for making the difference – which counts so much more in such a highly technological and extremely innovative environment. They are our most valuable resource. That’s why we foster their passionate proactivity as much as we promote open communication.”

The Top Employers Institute has been handing out awards to companies from a wide range of industries around the world since 1991. The institute uses a multi-stage analysis process to check for employee centricity and certifies those companies that demonstrably and strategically invest in their own employees. Within the five-stage selection process ACONEXT had to answer questions on nine topics in total, including talent strategy, corporate culture and recruitment. After a successful examination by the Top Employers Institute, as well as by external examiners, the institute has repeatedly awarded the certificate to ACONEXT. In 2019, a total of 122 companies were certified in Germany.

ACONEXT was once again an exhibitor at Germany’s largest student careers fair.

Over 300 leading companies seek out motivated students at IKOM.

It is a great opportunity for us as a company to establish and foster personal contacts.

Once again there were some interesting candidates, whose interviews over the coming weeks will determine what happens next.

We’re looking forward to the process!

The VDI nachrichten Recruiting Day on 20 April, 2018, in Ludwigsburg once again brought young professionals together with experienced engineers and technical specialists needing highly qualified employees. The fair was very well attended, with many interesting encounters in the area of systems engineering, model-based engineering, and PLM / IT Engineering. Our recruiting and specialist colleagues were able to answer questions from job-seekers in a targeted way. This proved successful, as Christina Seiler from employee support confirms: “VDI Messe has become an integral part of recruiting interesting graduates and potential employees over past years. Here we regularly meet numerous – sometimes very high calibre – applicants.

Supported by representatives from the departments, we have very informative and stimulating conversations and establish contact with interesting individuals.

The huge benefit of VDI fairs is and remains the direct discussions with personnel representatives from the companies. “We were able to establish ties with many new contacts, which we are already pursuing,” adds Ms Seiler. “Now we’re in the follow-up phase, where we want to show how convincing we are as a lucrative employer and introduce exciting projects”.

Once again this year, ACONEXT was able to take part in the traditional charity match in the Leutenbacher sports hall. The host, friends of the Stiftung gegen Gewalt an Schulen e.V. (Foundation Against Violence In Schools), was delighted to welcome all the company teams, amateur teams, youth and school teams who participated. The tournament and club motto is: BE STRONG TOGETHER!

Once again, our colleagues from Stuttgart had great fun on the pitch.

ACONEXT is proud to support such a great ❤️-ens project and is looking forward to the next tournament in the coming year.

For the 20th time, the Career Days were held at the University of Applied Sciences Ravensburg-Weingarten. Since 1998, this platform has been organized by students of the university and every year continues to record great success. Around 40 graduates meet with well over 100 companies and diverse professional institutions and make initial contacts with potential future employers.

ACONEXT took part for the first time in what was to be the twentieth fair. The students were able to discuss job opportunities with our recruiting experts and departmental colleagues in a relaxed atmosphere. With our core competences: virtual, systems and electronic engineering, we were able to convince students of the attractiveness of joining the ACONEXT family. Our stand had many visitors, as you can see from the images below.

A total of 10 different engineering and business degree courses visited the ACONEXT stand. The majority were from the Electrical Engineering and Embedded Systems (Master), closely followed by the Master in Mechatronics, and Electronics and Information Technology. Students on the Master’s programmes in particular expressed great interest in getting better acquainted with ACONEXT as an interesting employer.

We would like to thank all the stand visitors for stopping by and wish each and every one of them great success in their professional careers.

Your path to success starts right here.
